It is my dream to get all the Paul Gannons from entire planet noted on my site. I may even meet up with some of them if the chance crops up.
Who'd have thought it though, all these people called Paul Gannon? If there could ever be a record for a web site with the most Paul Gannons on it, sites like MySpace and Facebook are up at the top, but maybe my site will be up there with them... one day :) I've made a start anyway.

I am 58 years old and live in Northern NSW Australia. I work at a local University as a Senior Lecturer in Psychology and Special Education. I am descendant from an Irishman "sent" to Australia in 1819 by some Englishmen concerned about having the Royal Mail in Ireland "held up". My out of work time is taken up with Growing coffee and surfing.

I was born in 1944 in Newcastle upon Tyne of Irish stock, my grandparents came from Ireland so I have a great affinity to the "Emerald Isle" I'm married with 3 grown children,Gerard, Carmel and Francesca. I have one brother called Martin.I live in the seaside town of Whitley Bay which is about 8 miles east of Newcastle. I'm a stained glass artist and have worked for myself for 35 years, if you log onto my website www.paulgannonstainedglass.co.uk. You will see some of my work. It seems a good idea trying to contact the worlds Paul Gannons but a rather tall task I might say, however, if you can make yourself some money by doing so then good luck. What about yourself ? Gannon is an Irish name and is more common in the west of Ireland Galway/Mayo area, did your ancestors come from there ? I have some relations who live around the Northwich area, their names are David,Peter,Paul,Jim Gannon.

I'm the second in a line of three Paul Gannons. Both my father and oldest son bear the same name.
My family came to America from Co. Mayo in the late 1840s. They settled first in New York and then later in Boston. My father moved the family from Boston to Washington, DC in the 1950s.
I was born in Berlin in 1961. My family moved back and forth, between Germany and Washington, until 1976 when we finally settled in Washington. I attended university in St. Louis and moved back to the Washington area in the early 1980s. I have been here ever since.
I manage the marketing department for a software company in the area, but my passion is Irish music, which I've played professionally now for almost 30 years.

My names Paul Gannon, I'm 26 and I'm from Colchester in Essex. I'm currently studying Human Embryology and Developmental Biology at the University of Aberdeen.
