Brexit Party table day - Bolton North East - Breightmet (21/09/2019)
Yesterday was glorious weather and a great opportunity to hold a table day advertising the Brexit Party. We set up the gazebo in the morning around 10:30 am in Breightmet, Bolton. Spoke to lots of passers-by - a lot of very positive and interested people. Wet gave our copies of our free newspaper - The Brexiteer - along with other merchandise (flags, badges, balloons, stickers and more). It was great speaking to the public about the party, Brexit and politics in general.
There were beeps from passing traffic and lots of thumbs-ups - even from passengers on buses going past.
At a local pub car park, there was a motorcycle, moped, trike event on. Don't ask me what it was (I prefer 4 wheels). Trevor Jones, The Prospective Parliamentary candidate for Bolton North East and he likes his bikes so we went across for a look and a chat.
