PG’s Tips - Found a wallet/purse?

What to do if you find a wallet or purse. Well, this is what I have done.

Look for any identifying details. Bank cards will have a name on them. If there is a driving licence in it, it should have the owner’s home address on it. You can then take it around in person - to their house and give it back to them.

I have found 2 wallets in my life and got them back to their rightful owners and they were so grateful .

I did actually find a purse on a wall when I was a kid and we took it to the police station and handed it in. I suppose that is another thing you can do if there are no address details in it.
