Today the new leader has been chosen for UKIP. The ballot papers were opened earlier today. They were then counted and the results are below:

I chose Richard Braine as my first choice and Freddy Vachha was my second choice. As they used the Supplementary Voting system our second preference was not required because Richard got 53% of the votes.
